Hours: This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week/ Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5PM)

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Temporary Job Description:

Provides general routine clerical/administrative support for the Office of the Vice President of Student Affairs. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: screening phone calls and visitors, word processing, document preparation, data entry, general scheduling, meeting and event support, drafting and responding to emails, opening and sorting physical mail, copying, filing, ordering supplies, reception desk coverage, etc. Must be able to handle confidential information with care.

In addition to salary, this temporary position is eligible for paid time off and paid sick time in accordance with Northwestern University policies. This position is not eligible for other benefits offered to regular staff positions.
