Temporary Escrow Assistant

Dublin, Ohio

Position Overview - Escrow Assistant

This is a temporary position. The assignment is expected to conclude around the end of September but will be based on business needs. Hours will be Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with possible overtime as needed.

This role provides you a great opportunity to learn more about the real estate title industry!

The temporary Escrow Assistant will provide behind-the-scenes, non-client-facing support and focus on clerical and transactional work requiring accuracy, consistency, flexibility, and adherence to established processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Typing Proficiency (Alphanumeric): Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM with a high level of accuracy. Typing assessment results should be provided prior to scheduling interviews.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify, prevent, and correct errors in a detail-intensive environment.
  • Time Management & Organization: Proven ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet established deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills appropriate for internal collaboration.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with experience in data management and routine business communication.
