Individuals in this position typically work under the supervision of experienced engineers, assisting with projects, troubleshooting, and learning industry practices. The goal is to help trainees develop key skills, gain practical knowledge, and prepare for permanent roles in the field. These positions are often offered to recent graduates or students and can last from a few months to a year. They provide valuable exposure to real-world engineering problems and workplace environments.
