The Project Manager oversees commercial and federal projects, including data centers, ensuring work meets quality, schedule, and budget expectations while coordinating closely with field teams and general contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate self-performed work across multiple trades, including demolition, drywall, rough carpentry, doors/frames/hardware, and painting and wallcovering, as applicable to each project.
  • Ensure that all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements, particularly for data center and federal projects.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and changes.
  • Support the transition of projects from construction to permanent operations, including punch lists, inspections, and final documentation.

  • Background in working as both a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager on construction projects.
  • Familiarity with the unique requirements and documentation standards of federal construction projects.
  • Ability to adapt to complex environments such as data centers with high performance and reliability expectations.
  • Interest in long-term employment with access to benefits upon conversion to a permanent role.
