Job description

Production Operator – Food Manufacturing (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Williamson, NY
We are currently hiring Production Operators for a food manufacturing facility in Williamson, NY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, allowing employees to transition into a permanent position with benefits after successfully completing the temporary period.
Shift Available:
  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay:
  • $20.75 per hour- Weekly Pay!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate and oversee food production and packaging equipment
  • Monitor product quality including labeling, packaging, and fill levels
  • Assist with basic machine adjustments and product changeovers
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards (GMP)
  • Work collaboratively with team members to keep production running efficiently

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months of work experience (manufacturing or warehouse preferred)
  • Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn equipment operation
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be able to pass required screenings
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Reliable transportation required
