Job description

Class A Delivery Driver –
Must live within 30 miles from Rancho Cucamonga CA
Pay:
$27.50 per hour ; Full-time
Shift:
Starting times will vary between 2am and 7am. Lots of overtime, working between 50 to 55 hours per week. Normal work week will be Tuesday to Friday. If going to Arizona or Vegas, you will be back to Rancho Cucamonga by early afternoon the following day.

Job Description:
Rancho Cucamonga yard is looking for a Class A Truck driver to deliver dog food products to customer locations driving a tractor with a 48' trailer or bobtails if load is smaller. You will use an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck to offload the product into customer locations. This is a physically demanding delivery driver position involving the delivery of dog food to customers. Responsibilities include unloading and separating products, using a dolly to deliver orders to independent retail stores ("mom-and-pop" shops), and operating a pallet jack. The position includes both local and layover routes. Candidates must be comfortable performing multiple backing maneuvers, operating a lift gate, and handling the physical demands of loading and unloading products throughout the day. 
$500 quarterly bonus by the client. Bonus is based on attendance, and safety O/T 4/10 pay, so OT is not paid until after the 10th hour.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 1 year of recent verifiable Class A driving experience
  • Electric pallet jack experience is a MUST
  • Comfortable with manual offloading and segregating product
  • No automatic transmission restriction
  • Must live within 30 miles of Rancho, CA
  • Ability to complete 1-night layovers as needed
