Non-CDL Delivery Driver – Temp-to-Hire

 

Location: Orange, CA
Pay: $23.50 per hour
Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire
Anticipated Start Date: September 8, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 6:00 AM–5:30 PM
Hours: 8+ hours per day, depending on workload

Job Summary

 

We are seeking a dependable Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our team in Orange, California, on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have professional driving experience, a strong work ethic, and forklift operating experience.

You will operate a Ford F-550 stake-bed truck equipped with an automatic transmission and no air brakes to make local deliveries and assist with loading and unloading materials.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Ford F-550 stake-bed delivery truck.
  • Make local deliveries according to assigned routes and schedules.
  • Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely.
  • Operate a forklift to assist with loading and unloading.
  • Complete required delivery paperwork and documentation.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and work area.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
  • Follow all company safety policies and transportation regulations.
  • Assist with general warehouse and delivery duties as needed.


Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Non-CDL driving experience required.
  • Experience operating a forklift is required.
  • Experience driving a stake-bed truck, box truck, or similar commercial vehicle preferred.
  • Comfortable safely operating an F-550.
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload materials.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday with early morning start times.
  • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.


Schedule & Compensation

  • $23.50/hour
  • Monday through Friday
  • Start time approximately 6:00 AM
  • Workdays may extend to approximately 5:30 PM, depending on workload and deliveries.
  • 8 or more hours per day
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate
