Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our distribution team in our Wilmington warehouse as a Delivery Driver. This position requires a dynamic individual who can provide excellent customer service and maintain efficient productivity. The Delivery Driver is responsible for loading and unload trucks, make deliveries to customers and jobsites which may include low or high floors, clean off jobs, load skids of trash /tile/grid from jobsites, help in the warehouse when needed. This is a temporary job with potential to become a regular employee. Responsibilities Safely operate and maintain 26' box truck with cargo lift. (CDL licensenot required)Tow pull-behind 12'+ trailers requiring frequent back-up and maneuveringLoad trucks, make deliveries to customers and job sites which may include low or high floors, clean off jobs, load skids of trash /tile/grid from job sitesProcess, package and ship orders accuratelyOperate pallet Jack and similar equipment for logistical successInspect trucks, trailers and products for damage and repairsKeep trucks clean and organized dailyAbide by all company safety and transportation regulations Requirements Active DOTExperience driving 16' and 26' box trucksValid drivers license with a responsible driving recordAbility to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment (forklift training and certification provided by ERCO and valid at all ERCO locations)Ability to lift or move 50 lbs. without difficultyTeam player with organization skills
