Job description

Description Are you a sports enthusiast and cheerleader on the side lines. The City of West Linn is seeking an enthusiastic Sports Attendant to work for West Linn Parks & Recreation. Under the general supervision of the Recreation Supervisor the city is looking for an individual to help in the youth basketball league.

This position will be responsible for onsite supervision of youth basketball league games. This positions is temporary and will only be filled Examples of Duties Duties will include monitoring the gym area to ensure facility rules are followed, ensuring safety issues are addressed, interacting with coaches throughout the day, and acting as a timekeeper for all games. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age and be able to work weekends. Approximate hours are from 7:30 am - 6:30 pm starting in November running through December for the Fall season. You must be available on all Saturdays during the season to be considered for this position.
