JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Active Indiana Medical License Preferred
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (Certification Required Within 5 Years of Residency Completion)
• Active DEA
• BLS Required; ACLS Required for Conscious Sedation Privileges
• Emergency Medicine Experience
• COVID & Flu Vaccinations
• Other Qualifications: Must Complete Order Entry and Time Entry Requirements Through Vemsta Platform

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat emergency department patients
• Manage critically ill and injured patients
• Perform required emergency medicine procedures
• Respond to emergency codes and stabilization events
• Document patient encounters and orders within Epic EMR
• Collaborate with hospital staff and consulting specialists
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based emergency care
