Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a growing healthcare technology organization through a temporary, 3-4-month long project assignment. This role will support enrollment and payment-processing initiatives, ensuring critical information is accurately entered, updated, and maintained within internal systems. This position plays an important role in supporting operational efficiency and helping healthcare providers transition to streamlined payment workflows.
Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process enrollment records and maintain documentation within internal systems.
  • Review, validate, and update provider and payment-related information.
  • Assist with electronic payment enrollment and administrative processing activities.
  • Research and resolve data discrepancies to ensure record accuracy.
  • Maintain status tracking and documentation for ongoing enrollment activities.
  • Update provider information, including demographic and contact changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to verify required information.
  • Support onboarding and implementation activities for new clients and providers.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience of data entry or related experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and maintain consistency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.

Background beck required. $19-$21/hr.
