Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for having your branch’s inventory accurately recorded in our ERP system.
  • Reorder material as needed to ensure branch has material available at all time.
  • Communicate arrival of new material to Sales and operational teams the same day material arrives.
  • forecast inventory needs - reorder inventory on menu before we run out using inventory reorder report with order up to level and reorder qty
  • Ensure scrap material is recorded and discarded accordingly.
  • Ensure Yard and warehouse are organized.
  • Create POs for all material purchased.
  • Receive material and enter it in the ERP system.
  • Ensure that all material received matches Purchased orders.
