ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2025 and is a growing team of two focused on building a positive, welcoming culture from the ground up. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the wine industry as a Director. With my father-in-law being a longtime State Farm agent, I saw firsthand the impact this career can have on families and communities, which inspired me to pursue this path.
I come from a first responder family (my husband is a firefighter) and service is something that means a lot to us. We stay involved locally through our Chamber of Commerce and plan to sponsor a t-ball team as we continue to grow our community presence.
We offer holidays, PTO, a 401(k), licensing reimbursement, and a unique health and mental wellness reimbursement of up to $500 per year. Work-life balance is important to us, and we want our team to feel supported both personally and professionally.
Our culture is centered around positivity, laughter, and resilience. We believe in working hard while keeping things light and enjoyable. We’re looking for someone who is coachable, upbeat, and able to bounce back from challenges. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow in a supportive, fun environment, this could be a great fit for you.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Lyndsie Debonis - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
