As a Visual Designer, you will be instrumental in translating strategic goals into compelling visual narratives, making our brand stronger, more relevant, and authentically engaging. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity that attracts new customers and deepens relationships with existing ones, contributing directly to our business success and market presence.
**What You'll Do:**
* Translate brand strategy into creative expressions for a variety of marketing campaigns.
* Develop and produce distinctive brand assets for digital and web spaces.
* Ensure brand expression is unique and famous through collaboration with colleagues and partners.
* Design multiple ideas and continually iterate, incorporating modern trends.
* Contribute to the evolution of our brand, ensuring consistency and impact.
* Deliver creative assets for campaigns and advertising initiatives.
* Participate in design critiques and apply feedback to campaign designs.
* Support creative validation and testing, collaborating closely with our brand strategy research team.
* Act as a brand advocate, clearly understanding and upholding on/off-brand guidelines.
* Recommend design tradeoffs while eagerly expanding knowledge in areas like research, accessibility, and inclusionary design patterns.
* Motivate peers and the creative team through unique and compelling contributions that spark discussion and innovation.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of marketing experience.
* Marketing qualification or Bachelor's degree.
* Demonstrated experience in defining and delivering brand creative expression aligned with strategy.
* Proficiency with standard design tools like Figma or Sketch, with the ability to manage pixel-perfect details and vector graphics.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with frontend developers to bring designs to life.
* A creative thinker and problem solver with a strong portfolio focused on branding and marketing, including visual and interaction design work.
* Ability to tell a story through both verbal and written communication.
* A highly collaborative individual capable of influencing stakeholders and building partnerships.
* Comfortable working in ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
* Empathetic and collaborative approach, striving to remove complexity while adopting internal design systems.
* Passion for and comfort with projects involving significant technology.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience in a global B2B technology company.
* Creative agency experience.
* Experience engaging with geographically dispersed, virtual teams.
The target hiring compensation for this role is $28-32/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
