  • Translate conceptual ideas into refined, presentation-ready creative materials
  • Guide and mentor design resources and external vendors as needed
  • Maintain brand consistency across all physical and digital expressions of the organization

  • Background in luxury real estate development, hospitality, architecture, or high-end lifestyle branding strongly preferred
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related design platforms
  • Strong understanding of environmental design, spatial branding, and experiential storytelling
  • Proven ability to lead creative strategy while remaining hands-on in design execution when needed
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating high-end brand development and multi-channel creative work
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to operate with discretion, professionalism, and refined aesthetic judgment
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand standards, tone, and visual restraint

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and travel as required
  • Role may involve indoor and outdoor site visits across development properties
  • Periods of standing, walking, and light physical activity may be required during site work

Core Attributes

  • Visionary yet detail-oriented creative leadership
  • Strong sense of taste, restraint, and brand discipline
  • Ability to elevate concepts into fully realized environments and experiences
  • Collaborative mindset with executive presence
  • Commitment to excellence in every detail of execution
