Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
Start Date:

Aquent's client, a dynamic and innovative marketing agency, is seeking a talented professional to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the seamless execution of diverse marketing projects and contributing to operational excellence. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between creative vision and flawless delivery, directly influencing the success of strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns.
What You'll Do
  • Oversee diverse marketing projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring all established processes are rigorously followed and deliverables are met within stipulated timelines.
  • Provide hands-on technical and operational support by diving deep into internal workflows and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions as needed.
  • Demonstrate exceptional adaptability by flexing your time investment based on project demands, including dedicating a higher percentage of your efforts to critical system initiatives during peak periods.
  • Contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns and initiatives by ensuring operational efficiency and project integrity.
  • Manage a blended workload, balancing standard project management responsibilities with essential system, technical, and administrative support, including system tracking and process workflows.
  • Act as a system administrator for project management software, focusing on setup, configuration, and reporting to optimize team efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with media teams, ensuring all deliverables meet precise specifications.
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or demand generation initiatives, contributing to strategic campaign execution.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly within a marketing context.
  • Demonstrated ability to be structured and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to provide technical and operational support, with a keen understanding of system tracking and process workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or demand generation.
  • Proficiency in setting up, configuring, and pulling reports from project management software.
  • Experience partnering with media teams to deliver files to specification.

Growth & Opportunity
This is a unique temp-to-perm opportunity, beginning with an initial contract period that allows for a mutual evaluation of performance and cultural fit, with strong potential for conversion to a permanent/direct hire position.
