Job Description

As a Creative Senior Project Manager monster in Le Truc, you will:

  • Be responsible for the proactive management of the internal process through all stages of agency projects; forward planning, strategic development, creative development and production
  • Ensure that each project is delivered according to the agreed timelines, to the highest possible standard and for the agreed budget 
  • Be creatively motivated, curious, resourceful and solution-oriented
  • Work closely and collaboratively with agency creatives and teams on a variety of projects
Responsibilities
  • Work with Le Truc teams to produce clear and accurate calendars for all incoming client briefs as far forward as possible including scope of work and potential dates for briefing, presentation and delivery
  • Work with project leads and creatives to plan appropriate resources for each assignment 
  • Produce project timelines in liaison with creative, strategy and production departments
  • Liaise between all appropriate production disciplines to ensure efficient co-production schedules when originating assets that will be shared among different media
  • Ensure that each stage of the project from initial conceptual stage through to final master assets are approved and signed off by all the appropriate parties
  • Ensure that all creative presentations are delivered on time and to the agreed level of finish
  • Compile and produce detailed production estimates for any creative development expenses
  • Ensure estimates are accurate (through consultation with art buying, studio and print production) and detailed for client presentation
  • Ensure that all the key disciplines are aware of all the creative work, issues and timelines throughout the process and that any changes that occur during the process are communicated quickly and the appropriate action taken
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, preferably from a traditional advertising agency setting
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • A curious, resourceful, collaborative self-starter
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of print, digital and broadcast production
  • Strong sense of design and experience with industry leading creative output 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Google Apps
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite

 Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
