At Community Choice Credit Union, we're looking for a talented Creative Services Specialist who combines exceptional design skills with creative thinking and project coordination expertise. In this role, you'll help shape how our brand comes to life across digital, print, video, presentations, and in-branch experiences.

What You'll DoCreative Design & Content Development
  • Design and produce engaging, on-brand marketing materials across digital, print, video, presentation, and in-lobby channels.
  • Create impactful visual assets that support campaigns, products, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop executive-level presentations for leadership, board meetings, and internal communications.
  • Curate, edit, and manage photography and video assets for use across multiple platforms.
Campaign Ideation & Brand Storytelling
  • Collaborate with marketing partners, business stakeholders, and agency teams to develop creative concepts and campaign strategies.
  • Contribute innovative ideas that strengthen brand awareness, member engagement, and business growth.
  • Evaluate creative opportunities and recommend effective design and storytelling approaches.
Creative Project Management
  • Coordinate creative projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines and brand standards are met.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Assist in determining the most effective approach for creative execution, whether in-house or through agency support.
Brand Stewardship
  • Champion brand consistency across all marketing materials and member-facing communications.
  • Maintain brand standards, templates, creative libraries, and marketing resources.

Member Center Experience
  • Manage and maintain marketing materials and lobby displays across multiple branch locations.
  • Design engaging point-of-sale and digital display content.
  • Partner with branch marketing contacts to ensure campaigns and promotions are current and effectively represented.
Operational Excellence
  • Support marketing request workflows and ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate with vendors for production and fulfillment of marketing materials.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, file management, and workflow updates through Monday.com and other collaborative tools.
What We're Looking ForEducation
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) or similar certifications considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience
  • 2+ years of creative services experience within an agency or fast-paced in-house marketing environment.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Strong PowerPoint expertise, including executive and board-level presentation design.
  • Exceptional visual storytelling, typography, layout, and branding skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to use Windows Media Video (WMV) to develop video file formats used for storing and streaming video content inside member center lobbies.
