Temporary Warehouse Lead Opportunity
Do you have 1+ year of experience in a Warehouse Lead position? Five Below is hiring a Temporary Warehouse Lead to join our large, air-controlled retail distribution center in Buckeye, AZ. As a Temporary Warehouse Lead, you will serve as a working lead for the 2nd shift team, helping drive productivity, train employees, and support daily warehouse operations while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
 Temporary Warehouse Lead Job Duties
  • Lead and work alongside 2nd shift warehouse employees
  • Support attendance, performance, and behavioral management within the team
  • Train warehouse processes and safety procedures
  • Work on a conveyor line to palletize product and prepare pallets for outbound shipping
  • Monitor productivity and help maintain workflow throughout the shift
  • Foster a productive, fun, and energetic team environment
  • Communicate staffing needs, coaching opportunities, and employee recognition to management
Schedule Monday – Friday 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Must be flexible to work overtime before and after scheduled shift timesMust be available to work the weekend of Thanksgiving
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a Warehouse Lead role
  • Experience using RF scanners
  • Experience palletizing products and preparing shipments
  • Experience leading a warehouse department while maintaining productivity goals
  • Experience training and developing new employees
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with management
  • Ability to lift, bend, twist, reach, and stand for 8–12 hours per shift
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Pay $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
