About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn Junior Accountant / Controller to support our finance and accounting operations. This position is an ideal fit for a recent graduate or early-career accounting professional looking for hands-on experience and direct mentorship.

You don’t need to know everything on day one— we are fully prepared to train you on our specific systems and processes. What matters most to us is that you are dependable, smart, highly organized, and motivated to build a solid foundation in accounting.

What You’ll Do

– General Ledger & Reconciliations: Assist with general ledger entries, routine reconciliations, and account balancing.

– Accounts Payable (AP): Process and track vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and keep AP records up to date.

– Financial Software Management: Maintain clean, accurate financial records using QuickBooks.

– Month-End Support: Assist with month-end close processes and reporting.

– Day-to-Day Operations: Help with routine bookkeeping and administrative accounting tasks as needed.

– Career Growth: Take on additional responsibilities and higher-level accounting tasks as you build your skill set.

What We’re Looking For

Education or Experience:

– A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (with relevant accounting coursework), OR

1–2 years of hands-on experience in an entry-level accounting/bookkeeping role.

– Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and a strong eye for accuracy.
