Registered Nurse – Diagnostic Imaging Center

Our Diagnostic Imaging Center is seeking a RN for a contract assignment within this highly respected Medical Imaging Center. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals using state-of-the-art imaging technology to provide exceptional patient care.

In this role, the Contract RN will oversee MRI patients, and manage patient care in the imaging services. Responsibilities include consultative services, interdepartmental collaboration, education, leadership, and patient care management across the continuum, from preventative care to post-procedure follow-up.

Contract Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert nursing care and support to the healthcare team in the Department of Imaging.
  • Independently assess and manage patient care while collaborating with board-certified/eligible physicians.
  • Be available if needed for MRI patients.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care throughout the diagnostic imaging process.
  • Participate in interdepartmental consultations and provide leadership in patient management.
  • Maintain competency through continuing education.

Contract Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Current Registered Nurse, and Furnishing License
  • ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Minimum of two years
