Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Maintenance Technician at a manufacturing plant located in Albuquerque, NM. You will collaborate with a skilled maintenance team to complete preventive maintenance (PM) and reactive repairs on manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of 3-phase motors.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of conveyor systems.
- Handle electrical repairs, including working with 480 volts.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Execute welding tasks as required.
- Ensure adherence to LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) safety procedures.
Essential Skills- Experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
- Skill in blueprint reading and welding.
- Knowledge of industrial pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 2+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic.
- Familiarity with hydraulic pumps and pneumatic systems.
- Capability to use multimeters and other diagnostic tools.

Work Environment
Work in a 24/7 manufacturing plant with mostly automated equipment and high safety standards. The industrial setting has considerable dust and dirt. The Albuquerque schedule involves varied shifts including swing and grave shifts, with specific hours outlined. The Bernalillo schedule is Monday through Friday from 5 AM to 5 PM, with shift rotations every few months.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.17 - $31.04/hr.
