Description
THIS POSITION is: On Call or As Needed
Provides a variety of event support, such as labor installation, removal and customer service duties, for the Marketing department in various capacities at events indoors or outdoors.
Essential Functions:
  • Understanding of event details and venue
  • Answer guest service questions and inquiries in a courteous manner
  • Welcome Guests to events and provide them with helpful information
  • Respond quickly to potential crowd control issues, investigate incidents, and complete incident reports on a timely basis.
  • Report actual/suspected violations of event policies, procedures, rules or regulations to Command or designated Supervisor.
  • Learn and adhere to the policies, procedures and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events.
  • Load and unload trucks on job sites
  • Assist crew leads as needed
  • Setup tents, tables, chairs, & stages as directed by the Crew Lead or Project Manager
  • Construct temporary fencing & place road barricades
  • Driving, Loading, and Unloading Company Trucks, working in the field performing customer service at events and installing tents, tables, chairs, games, decor, furniture, sound equipment, video equipment, lighting, projection or other rental equipment.
  • Inventory/Cataloging/Storing of all Event Equipment and company property - To include but not limited to: Custom Projects, Tents, Tables, Chairs, Games, Inflatables, Arcades, Audio Visual, Photography, Video, and Electrical Equipment
  • Cleaning/Mopping/Maintaining company property, vehicles, and equipment
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements
  • One (1) year of experience in hospitality industry at a restaurant, catering company or concert/event venue, preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
  • Current and valid driver's license, required
