Essential Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for DevOps, and platforms aligned with enterprise goals
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and innovation across engineering and operations teams
  • Serve as a thought leader and advisor to senior leadership on DevOps maturity and platform engineering best practices
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and governance of secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
  • Own the strategy, governance, and operational health of SharePoint Online and related M365 collaboration services
  • Ensure platforms support secure content management, collaboration, and business productivity.
  • Drive enterprise-wide adoption of Azure DevOps (ADO), ensure alignment with agile development and release management practices
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure DevOps performance, velocity, and quality
  • Oversee design, ownership, and operation of core platforms supporting cloud, data, AI and application workloads
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define workflows, forms, and automation solutions that improve service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Education & Years of Experience
  • Minimum - 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Computer, Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure leadership, with 5+ years in people management
  • Strong experience with: DevOps tooling and practices (CI/CD, IaC, automation) Cloud platforms (Azure preferred - Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, Foundry) Enterprise collaboration platforms (SharePoint Online / M365)
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams
  • Strong experience with operating platforms in enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders

In Lieu of Education
  • 15 Years of DevOps, platform engineering, enterprise tools including people management

License/Certifications/Training
  • Preferred: Microsoft Azure Data or AI related certifications
  • Preferred: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert

Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $133,700.00 to $229,200.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
