This role serves as a senior delivery leader responsible for driving a large-scale transformation program spanning multiple internal teams and external partners. The position combines program leadership, project management, and business analysis to deliver modern technology solutions that replace legacy systems, processes, and data capabilities.

The Senior Project Manager will lead execution across multiple workstreams using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, timelines, and business outcomes. 

In this role, you will: 

Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation initiatives, including modernization of applications, processes, and data platforms
  • Own and manage the integrated program plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and key decision points
  • Drive execution against scope, schedule, and business outcomes

Delivery Execution (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)

  • Establish and lead delivery frameworks across teams using Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, or hybrid models
  • Facilitate core delivery cadences (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, status reporting)
  • Ensure consistent use of delivery artifacts such as backlogs, work plans, and milestone tracking

Business & Technology Alignment

  • Partner with business stakeholders and business analysts to elicit, refine, and validate requirements
  • Challenge current-state processes and drive future-state design aligned to business goals
  • Translate business needs into scalable technology and application solutions

Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication

  • Provide clear, executive-ready updates on status, risks, issues, decisions, and next steps
  • Build strong relationships across senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Facilitate working sessions to drive alignment, decisions, and issue resolution

Program Governance & Delivery Health

  • Maintain core project governance tools (RAID logs, dependency tracking, integrated schedules, decision logs)
  • Ensure transparency of delivery health, tradeoffs, and impacts across stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-team execution and drive timely issue resolution and escalation

Implementation & Go-Live Readiness

  • Lead cutover planning, deployment coordination, and release communications
  • Ensure readiness for go-live and oversee post-implementation stabilization (hypercare)

Change Leadership

  • Support organizational change management efforts across all workstreams
  • Act as a change agent, driving adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working 

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT or technology-related project/program management
  • Proven leadership of large-scale, multi-year transformation programs involving legacy modernization
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across business, IT, and external partners
  • Strong executive stakeholder management, including delivery of clear, concise communications
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Experience with ERP systems and data/BI platforms
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Azure Boards, Jira, or similar)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • PMP certification (preferred)
