What You'll Do:

  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of residential electrical systems, including panels, circuits, wiring, fixtures, and controls.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections to identify potential issues, ensure code compliance, and maintain optimal system performance.
  • Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications to ensure accurate installations and repairs.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams regarding job status, parts needs, and scheduling.
  • Keep service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked with tools, materials, and critical inventory to support efficient field operations.
  • Accurately complete service documentation, work orders, and inspection reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and operate company vehicles safely.
  • Participate in ongoing technical training and certification programs to stay current with industry standards, evolving technologies, and code updates.
  • Obtain and maintain required licenses and certifications (company support available).
