CNC Programmer (Temp-to-Hire)


Location: Ft. Worth, TX – Stratoflex Products (Onsite)
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $30 – $35/hour (W2)


Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join the Stratoflex Products team at Parker Hannifin in Fort Worth, TX.
This role is responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs to support the machining of parts, tools, and sheet metal. The CNC Programmer ensures parts meet specifications while achieving high efficiency and safety standards.

This is a full-time, onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term potential.


Key Responsibilities
  • Write, modify, and optimize CNC programs for numerically controlled machines to produce precision parts and tools.

  • Select proper cutting tools, feeds, and speeds based on materials, machine type, and job specifications.

  • Analyze blueprints, sketches, and design data to determine machining sequence, tool paths, and dimensions.

  • Prepare geometric layouts using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Esprit CAM or similar).

  • Test and validate programs with trial runs, adjusting for accuracy and quality.

  • Revise programs for design changes or process improvements.

  • Contribute to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with engineers and machinists to resolve technical issues.

  • Maintain technical knowledge through ongoing training and research.


Qualifications
  • Education: Associate’s Degree, Technical Certificate, or completion of trade school in CNC Programming or Manufacturing Technology.

  • Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

    • Hands-on experience with Esprit CAM software preferred.

    • Strong understanding of G-code, machining operations, and tooling selection.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
