What You'll Do:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you'll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:
  • Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
  • Administering medications accurately, maintaining precise records, and utilizing our electronic health records system (Yardi).
  • Working closely with licensed nursing staff, to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols.
  • Collaborating with a supportive, tight-knit team.
  • Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • An active state-required CNA and/or CMA certification.
  • A heart for helping others and a desire to grow in healthcare.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
