Workdays/hours: M - F 8am - 5pm

Job Description:

  • Claims department is responsible for providing post order support to resolve disputes submitted by our customer base.
  • This is a data entry position with majority of workflow coming through email. Must have reliable WIFI.
  • This position works closely with the Claims Team Lead to ensure the department’s stated goals and quality standards are achieved through continuous improvement and efficiency gains opportunities.
  • This position works closely with client National Contracts, Pricing, Sales Support, GDC and Transportation departments.
  • This position is responsible for a multitude of tasks including, but not limited to the following: investigating and processing credits, debits and rebilling’s associated with over, short and damages, pricing discrepancies, customer requested returns.
  • The duties of this position will adjust to the needs of the business as it grows and provide appropriate back-up support.
  • Seeking Candidates that have the ability to demonstrate good writing, critical thinking, data entry and computer skills while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Interprets and applies systems knowledge and tools to manage customer requests with supervision.
  • Resolves routine problems/issues. Coordinates problem resolution with alternate sources.
  • The ability to develop knowledge and skills in own area; may still be acquiring / expanding higher level skills.
  • Applies knowledge / skills to complete a variety of day-to-day activities within own area.
  • Works with moderate supervision / guidance; accountable for individual results and impact on team.
