• 5+ years communications systems experience
• 3+ years Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) v12+

• Cisco UCCX
• SIP
• SCCP
• MGCP
• H.323
• PSTN
• Dynamic and static routing experience
• Security+ or equivalent IAT II / IAM II certification
Clearance:
• Active Top Secret Clearance Required
• Must be eligible for TS/SCI
