Job description

We are seeking dependable and motivated workers to join our installation team for the 2026-27 holiday season. This role is temporary with potential to stay on full-time, it involves the installation of various holiday lights and decorations for clients, ensuring high standards of safety and quality. WE BRING THE JOY! 
Our company, Holiday Light Installations, is unique. We are a tight knit group of hard working men and women who genuinely love the holiday season. Getting the job done efficiently and safely is the most important aspect of the job. This type of seasonal work is very fast paced. The right candidate will be able to join our team prepared to work hard and seamlessly fit in with our existing crew and have a good sense of humor.
Hiring 10-15 employees to install and remove Christmas lights and decorations on residential and commercial jobs. Pay is based on experience and willingness to learn. All training is provided and paid. Must be comfortable working outside and at heights. Must be on time, and commit to showing up daily. Full Time and Part Time positions are available. 
Jobs will start end of September to the end of January. Training will start in mid September. Our typical work week is 5 to 6 days a week, 8-10 hours per day with the strong possibility for OT.

  • Ability to work 5 to 6 days a week 8-10 hrs. per day October - January
Preferred Haves (not a must):

  • Experienced with Hanging Christmas Lights
  • Experienced Operating boom lifts or other aerial lifts 
  • Experienced with Tree Climbing Equipment and Techniques 
  • Carpentry/Construction Work
  • Clean Driving record
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs+
Daily Tasks:

  • Hang/Wrap/Install Christmas Lights on the following but not limited to:
  • Roofs 10' to 50' high
  • Trees 10' to 20’' high 
  • Hang / Install Wreaths (24'' to 10') and Garland on all types of items * Ability to carry and climb ladders 8' to 40' tall, A-Frame ladders and extension ladders are used daily
  • Ensure a Safe Working Environment and follow training procedures 
  • Ability to think critically
