Cherry Picker Operator

Location: Greater Charlotte Area
Job Type: Warehouse / Distribution / Logistics
Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shift Available
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Cherry Picker Operators for warehouse and distribution opportunities in the Greater Charlotte area. This position is responsible for safely operating cherry picker equipment to pick, move, stage, load, and organize product in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Candidates must have recent cherry picker experience within the last 1 to 2 years and be comfortable working at heights, following safety procedures, and meeting daily productivity expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate cherry picker equipment to pick and move product throughout the warehouse.

  • Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately for shipment.

  • Load, unload, and move materials as needed.

  • Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory and order activity.

  • Verify product numbers, quantities, and locations for accuracy.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

  • Follow all company safety policies and equipment operating procedures.

  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must have recent cherry picker experience within the last 1 to 2 years.

  • Previous warehouse, distribution, order picking, or material handling experience preferred.

  • Must be comfortable operating equipment at heights.

  • RF scanner experience preferred.

  • Ability to lift, move, push, and pull materials as needed.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Must be dependable and able to work assigned shift schedule.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and lift throughout the shift.

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Must be comfortable working around forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
