Your Impact.

As a Customer Experience Specialist at We Insure, you’ll support policyholders, producers, lenders, and partners by managing inbound calls, chat support, and case work, with occasional outbound follow up. You’ll help clients navigate coverage while delivering a clear and efficient service experience in a high volume environment.

Position Details.

  • Start Date: September 8, 2026
  • Hourly Pay: $20.00-$23.50/hour, based on experience.
  • Location: 2010 E 6th St, Austin, TX. This is a full time onsite role if you reside in the greater Austin area.
  • Open to remote candidates in Florida.
  • Schedule: Full-time, with paid training.
  • License: Texas Property and Casualty license preferred. Willingness to obtain required. We Insure covers exam fees for new hires.
  • Experience: 1+ year of call center experience required. Insurance experience preferred

What You’ll Do.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls and chat support
  • Handle billing questions, policy changes, and cancellation
  • Navigate multiple carrier systems to resolve requests accurately
  • Work in a high volume contact center environment across multiple carriers
  • Maintain performance metrics for quality, handle time, and attendance
  • Document all interactions clearly and professionally
  • Support customer retention and identify opportunities to expand coverage
