What are the main challenges a temporary CEO faces when leading a medical device company?

As a Temporary CEO in the medical device industry, one of the primary challenges is quickly gaining a deep understanding of both the company's operations and the highly regulated environment. Balancing short-term objectives, such as stabilizing finances or guiding the company through a transition, with long-term strategic goals is also critical. Strong communication and decision-making skills are essential, as you’ll be collaborating closely with R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams.
