Description
Cotton Holdings, Inc., is a diversified holding company with subsidiaries that provide property restoration and recovery, construction, roofing, logistical support, temporary workforce housing, and culinary services to public and private entities worldwide. Cotton combines this diverse suite of services with top talent, innovative technology, and a large inventory of company-owned assets, to offer clients a total solutions package in support of disaster events and large development projects, including complex work environments. 
Summary:
Cotton Holdings is actively looking for a Executive Director, Business Development for one of its subsidiaries, Advance Catastrophe Technologies (ACT). This person will be responsible for providing support to our outside sales team and clients directly.
The ideal candidate will possess a self-motivated attitude while looking to grow a career with a privately held company. This position will determine decision making structure and grow relevant relationships with existing MSA clients for the sole purpose driving revenue growth. Ideal candidates will have existing relationships within the verticals of Multifamily, Student Housing, Hospitality and Sr. Living Facilities.
This is not a 9am-5pm job as ACT is in the emergency services disaster restoration business. 

Major Responsibilities
  • Assess existing MSA client structure and develop specific plan for maximizing revenue
  • Collaborate with teams when appropriate for executing client strategies
  • Travel as necessary to forge relationships with key client decision makers
  • Manage, track and report on all prospecting activities using Sales Force
  • Develop and maintain territory plans with assigned field sales rep
  • Participate in standing Business Development and Cotton company meetings

Background Requirements
Education:
  • Bachelors degree
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Established client base in verticals; Multifamily, Student Housing, Sr. Living Facilities and Hospitality groups
  • 3-5 years minimum sales experience
  • Proven sales experience with the development of new and existing client base
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Sales Force experience is a plus
  • Capacity to understand technology services and solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical skills to understand the business model and how financial performance relates to and impacts the team
