Located in Tallahassee, Fl, the State Capital, and home of FSU/FAMU, Lincoln High School is seeking a certified Navy, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard Enlisted (E6-E9) for its Naval Science Instructor (NSI) position. Additionally, we are open to consider those who meet the qualification set out on the NETC website below: https://www.netc.navy.mil/Commands/Naval-Service-Training-Command/NJROTC/Instructor-Application-Process/. If you are an LDO please feel free to apply as well for this position. The position is available beginning 01 July, 2026. The NSI will serve as an integral member of a two-instructor team. The ideal applicant is comfortable working after hours and some weekends to support extracurricular activities and cadet travel to school activities, competitions, and community service events. Lincoln High School has approximately 1900 students and a unit of 85 cadets. The unit is active in the community and this past year has competed in: orienteering, air rifle, brain brawl and drill competitions (Color Guard only).
