The listed pay range or pay rate reflects compensationfor afull-time equivalent (1.0 FTE)position. Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time).

Position Overview

Performs simple copying and duplication services as well as receives instructional direction to create the packs and/or pads of forms produced, custom binder set-up, hole drill and cutting and/or other types of finish work within the Print Shop. Provides simple sorting of USPS and inter-office mail within the mail room.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Six months related experience.
Other Credentials:
Knowledge and Skills: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills needed. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Special Training:
Mental, Behavioral and Emotional Abilities: Able to work in a fast pace environment. Ability to deal with multiple task at one time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Under guidance of the Print Shop Coordinator,(PSC) performs reproduction of forms and copier related jobs.
Under guidance of the Print Shop Coordinator, performs tasks requested to finish and completion of printed forms and copier jobs.
Maintains and stocks paper within print shop from the bulk area needed on a weekly basis.
Performs sorting of the USPS and inter-office mail on a daily basis.
On occasion, and under direction of PSC, may make special deliveries for both printed jobs and/or mail.
Under direction of RMC Distribution Supervisor, supports Supply Chain functions originating at the RMC Warehouse.
