Customer Service Representatives (Onsite – Albuquerque, NM)

Join a well-known utility company supporting customers across New Mexico in a fast-paced call center environment. You’ll handle inbound calls, email, and chat to assist with billing, payments, and service requests—making a real impact by helping customers during important situations.

💲 $18.00hr. (contract-to-hire)

🕒 Monday–Friday, rotating shifts between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

📍 Onsite – Downtown Albuquerque

This role is ideal for candidates with call center experience who can handle high call volume, de-escalate conversations, and multitask across systems.
