Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite - 5 Days a Week)

Job Overview: We are seeking a Highly analytical and technically fluent Technical Systems Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience who can bridge business needs, system behavior, and engineering execution to join our team in Omaha. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across our systems. This position requires onsite work five days a week.. This role involves understanding how systems work, troubleshooting complex issues, writing clear requirements, and ensuring end to end delivery through close collaboration with users, architects, UX, and development teams

Core Responsibilities:

Requirements & Backlog Definition

  • Translate high-level business goals into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure requirements encompass workflows, data, integrations, edge cases, and user experience (UX) needs.

Systems Analysis & Troubleshooting

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of system behavior across applications and integrations.
  • Investigate user issues through root cause analysis, validate data, and document findings in a structured, actionable manner.

Agile Delivery Support

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams during refinement, sprint activities, and release planning.
  • Provide continuous clarifications, resolve ambiguities, and facilitate smooth progress from development to deployment.

Domain Ownership & Independent Execution

  • Assume full ownership of assigned product areas.
  • Operate independently by prioritizing the backlog, identifying gaps, anticipating dependencies, and advancing work with minimal oversight.

User & Stakeholder Communication

  • Communicate frequently and clearly with users and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and system analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions.

The base salary for this position is $92,250 to $120,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
