Job description

Job Title: RN / Clinic - Urology Clinic

Location: Elgin, IL

About the Facility

Outpatient urology clinic with 5 exam rooms and 1 procedure room

Team-based environment with strong clinical support staff

Free parking available on-site

Position Overview

This role involves supporting providers in a fast-paced urology clinic, delivering patient care, assisting with procedures, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Candidates will work collaboratively rather than being assigned to a single provider.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience (RN)

  • First-time travelers accepted

  • Urology clinic experience preferred; general clinic experience accepted

  • Certifications/Licensure:

  • BLS required

  • Active Illinois nursing license (for RN candidates)

  • Patient Population & Volume

  • Primarily adult patients (pediatric cases are rare)

  • Common conditions include:

  • UTI, kidney stones, overactive bladder

  • Prostate and bladder cancer

  • Catheter care (insertions, removals, exchanges)

  • Stent removals

  • Daily patient volume: 45-70 patients

Key Responsibilities
