Temporary Billboard Installer Jobs (NOW HIRING)

About This Role
Looking for a hands-on commercial carpenter to build rough wooden structures and concrete formwork on projects in McMinnville, TN. Work includes erecting vertical and horizontal forms, gang forms, blocking, scaffolding and temporary structures from sketches, blueprints or verbal instructions. This is outdoor, elevated work in all weather. Pay is $18-$28/hr with per diem. You must bring your own basic tools and follow strict safety rules on a drug-free jobsite.
What You'll Do

• Build vertical and horizontal concrete forms, gang forms, and blocking from sketches, blueprints or oral instructions
• Assemble and install scaffolds, frame & brace supports, tunnel/bridge/sewer supports, billboard signs and temporary shelters
• Set anchor bolts, install formwork components and ensure accurate site layout and measurements
• Work at elevated heights and outdoors in all weather while maintaining clean, safe work areas
• Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and report hazards or incidents immediately

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years commercial construction carpentry experience preferred, with emphasis on concrete/formwork work
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, measure and cut accurately, and perform general rough carpentry and framing
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather; frequently lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience installing scaffolding systems, formwork carpentry and concrete placement support

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification required
• Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish
• Must provide own basic carpenter tools (hammer, speed square, tape measure, chalk box, pliers, tool pouch, etc.)
• Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and at elevated heights
