Job description

Front Office Receptionist (Temporary 1-3 months, could be extended)

Scout Boats is seeking a friendly, professional Front Office Receptionist to support our front office team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Assisting employees with apparel purchases in the Scout Store
  • Greeting customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Providing general administrative support and assisting with various office tasks as needed

Schedule:

  • Monday through Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • 30 minute lunch break Monday through Thursday

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Bilingual candidates preferred
