Summary:

Be an active team member implementing detailed preparation and execution, while providing memorable experiences through special events. Primary responsibilities are following detailed directions of management and serve event guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in an exceptional experience.


Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Follow banquet event orders for each event that lays out the duties to be upheld
  • Serves clients in a professional manner as per training guidelines.
  • Cross-serves and/or assists team members on an as-needed basis.
  • Following the steps of service in food and beverage serving.
  • Willingness to cross train to be able to step in to provide support as needed to execute events
  • Uses communications skills to stay coordinated with manager and co-workers
  • Practices "teamwork" and "clean as you go" policies
  • Responsible for sanitation in and around spaces
  • Set up and tear down events in a timely and effective manner
  • Executes events while following food safety rules and client expectations
  • Communicates health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management.
  • Re-stocks items in banquet hallway in timely matter to ensure smooth service.
  • Ensures all safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
