Who We Are

Pneumatic and Hydraulic Co. is part of a growing family of industrial companies serving the Gulf Coast, including Power Temp Systems, Total Energy Solutions, and R&R Manufacturing. Together, we support critical industries through engineered solutions, power generation, and manufacturing excellence.

We are entering a phase of strategic growth and operational expansion, and we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key partner to ownership and help guide the financial future of the organization.

This is a high-impact leadership role that will work directly with shareholders to drive financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term scalability across multiple business units.

The Role

The CFO is a strategic and operational leader responsible for building, managing, and optimizing the financial infrastructure of a multi-entity organization. This individual will provide critical insight into business performance, guide financial decision‑making, and ensure the company is positioned for sustainable growth.

This role goes beyond traditional accounting. We are looking for a leader who can analyze, advise, and execute.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with ownership to evaluate performance against annual budgets and long-term strategy
  • Develop financial tools, reporting systems, and dashboards to support real‑time decision making
  • Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, monthly close, and financial reporting
  • Oversee cash flow, banking relationships, financing strategies, and capital allocation
  • Provide strategic recommendations on growth, cost management, and operational efficiency
  • Manage and develop accounting and administrative teams across entities
  • Serve as the primary liaison with lenders, auditors, CPAs, and external partners
  • Oversee multi‑entity financial structures, intercompany transactions, and loan reconciliations
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning across all business units
  • Review contracts, MSAs, and financial risk exposure across the organization
  • Oversee inventory controls, audits, and financial compliance processes
  • Support evaluation and implementation of financial systems and software
What We Are Looking For Leadership and Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a CFO or Controller in a multi‑entity or complex organization
  • Proven track record of partnering with executive leadership and driving business performance
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence decision‑making at the ownership level
Technical Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, and multi‑entity accounting structures
  • Experience managing banking relationships, financing, and capital strategy
Operational Strength
  • Ability to build and improve financial systems, processes, and infrastructure
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or related industries is highly preferred
Professional Traits
  • High level of accountability, discretion, and integrity
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to ownership and stakeholders
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
Location and Schedule
  • Based in Broussard, LA (Corporate Office)
  • Flexible schedule centered around standard business hours
  • Frequent travel required to support multiple business units
Compensation
  • Compensation will be commensurate with experience
  • Executive-level compensation structure aligned with experience and impact
Why This Role

This is a unique opportunity to step into a true leadership seat within a growing organization. The CFO will play a direct role in shaping the financial direction of multiple companies and will work closely with ownership to drive strategic initiatives.

If you are a hands‑on financial leader who thrives in a growth environment and wants to make a measurable impact, we want to hear from you.
