  • Support and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including host pools, session hosts, workspaces, application groups, user assignments, and profile management.
  • Monitor infrastructure and AVD performance, capacity, health, and end-user experience using Azure monitoring tools, dashboards, alerts, and logs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational runbooks.
  • Partner with IT, security, and support teams to resolve escalated technical issues and improve overall platform reliability.
  • Assist with cloud modernization initiatives, infrastructure improvements, and operational best practices.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure, servers, networking, identity management, endpoint access, and user experience issues.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-140, AZ-500, AZ-700, or similar.
