Shift Supervisor – Autonomous Vehicle Operations
Los Angeles, CA
$37.00 per hour | Full-Time

We are hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a team of Vehicle Operators in an autonomous vehicle environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work directly with your team to ensure operational excellence, safety, and performance standards are consistently met.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise a team of Vehicle Operators (VOs)
• Ensure daily operations meet safety and performance standards
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management
• Support scheduling, shift coordination, and reporting
• Act as a player-coach by working alongside your team
• Collaborate with leadership to meet operational goals
• Serve as a point of contact for contractors and team members
• Support vehicle testing operations in and out of vehicles

Requirements

• 2+ years of autonomous vehicle operator experience
• Active AVT permit required
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work in a team-driven environment
• Clean driving record

Preferred Experience

• Background in AV, fleet operations, or technical environments
• Experience as a lead, trainer, or instructor

Schedule Options

• Wednesday to Sunday: 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM or 3:45 PM to 12:15 AM
• Friday to Tuesday: 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM or 3:45 PM to 12:15 AM
