Location: Las Vegas, NV
Duration: 4-6 Weeks (Temporary Assignment)
Schedule: 4 Hours per Day

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive administrator to support a focused office organization and records management project in our Las Vegas office. This short-term assignment will assist with the cleanup, organization, inventory review, retention processing, and disposal of files, supplies, archived materials, and equipment located throughout the office, basement file room, storage areas, and offsite storage locations.

The ideal candidate is comfortable performing physical tasks, takes direction well, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to seeing projects through to completion. This individual will work directly with the Office Supervisor on a structured daily schedule and play an important role in improving the organization's physical file management and storage systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Organize, clean, and inventory materials in office storage locations, including the basement file room, copy room, storage rooms, and storage areas.
  • Sort physical files and records according to established records retention guidelines.
  • Scan client and business documents for electronic storage and retention purposes.
  • Prepare eligible records for secure destruction and shredding.
  • Label, organize, and relocate files, boxes, and supplies as directed.
  • Assist with inventory review and organization of office supplies, archived materials, and miscellaneous equipment.
  • Sort and organize retired or surplus IT equipment.
  • Remove outdated, duplicate, or unnecessary materials under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of files scanned, retained, relocated, or destroyed.
  • Help create organized storage systems and filing structures.
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and orderly throughout the project.
  • Complete additional project-related tasks as assigned by the Office Supervisor.
