Longview Regional Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care physician for locum coverage this fall and winter. This is a great chance to step into a busy inpatient practice with APP support, manageable patient volumes, and flexible short-term scheduling.

Facility: Longview Regional Medical Center (Community Health Systems)
Location: Longview, Texas
Specialty: Pulmonary Disease & Critical Care Medicine
Start Date: November 17, 2025
End Date: January 23, 2026- with possible 2026 extension!
Coverage Type: Inpatient Call + Admissions

Assignment Highlights

  • Schedule:

    • In-house 7a 7p

    • On-call 7p 7a with 30-minute response time

  • Coverage Dates:

    • Nov 17 (7a) Nov 21 (7a)

    • Nov 28 (7a) Nov 30 (7a)

    • Jan 18 (7a) Jan 23 (7a)

  • Patient Volume: 15 patients per shift

  • Admissions: 3 per 24 hrs

  • Rounding: Both ICU and floor
