Food amp; Beverage Director - Task Force Omaha, Nebraska (Immediate Start – Through End of June)

We are seeking an experienced Food amp; Beverage Director to join our team immediately and support operations through the end of June. This temporary assignment includes oversight during a critical peak period—specifically the two weeks in June when Omaha hosts the NCAA Men’s College World Series, our busiest time of the year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to all Food amp; Beverage operations.
  • Manage and oversee restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Coordinate and supervise banquet and event management activities.
  • Oversee meeting and event spaces to ensure seamless execution during high-volume periods.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to meet peak demand requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Food amp; Beverage Director or similar leadership role.
  • Strong banquet and event management background.
