Once the pre-construction team hands the project off to the Project Manager, the Project Manager is lead in all aspects regarding the project such as (and not limited to), contract management, communication, reporting, schedule maintenance, budget maintenance, change management, risk management, document control, meetings, meeting minutes, lessons learned tracking, and project closeout.* Assists the in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of projects.* Assists in determining the technical skills and staff hours required for successful completion of the project.* Obtains, analyzes, and circulates technical and contractual information to other members of the project team.* Prepares reports and documentation of activity for the client and project management.* Prepares notices and change order documentation for the client and project management.* Determines and manages schedules and budgets for assigned project proposal and close outs, monitors progress and manages material logistics. Interfaces with procurement and subcontract personnel to facilitate seamless coordination between the office and field.* Supports the relationship with the customer at a professional and technical level - including supporting questions, evaluation requirements and system design.* Set goals for field management, subcontractors and vendors.
